My gosh! I truly love this, you have a very unique chibi style from what I can see.
Ahaha it seams you really have mastered the way of the chibi~ I feel that this is what all chibis inspire to be !
You show a lovely technique within the digital painting and have made it your own,also the pastel colour theme compliments the cutesie look of the character. You have a delicate style of doing your lineart too.

As a critique I am suppose to tell you if there is any thing to improve on.... but I really cant fund anything that needs improving sorry >.<
